The Beaufort accommodation was a farm house in the early 1800's but has undergone a modern make over that permeates luxury and style with a signature waterfall that stands on the premise. Catering to every need such as weddings, conferences, self-catering and stay overs, Vale has clearly left the 1800's and is now futuristic as well as relevant. Delightful dishes, specially prepared by the staff, bring Karoo warmth to the guests.

There are also 8 twin bedded rooms each with a mini kitchen and en suite bathrooms, with a modern feel to them.
4 cosy cottages with double beds and kitchenette and no Karoo farm would be complete without a hunters lodge. This lodge is a old stone shed look alike and offers large groups and families an opportunity to bring everybody along. With late night breezes that sneak into the windows and stars that peak over into the cottages, the hunters lodge is clearly not exclusive to the hunter alone.
