ESTABLISHMENT OVERVIEW:Ko-Ka Tsara Bush camp is in the heart of the great Karoo, this Beaufort West accommodation is intimate and exclusive and is surrounded by Nature Reserve that hosts more than twenty various species of game including Gemsbok, Wildebeest, Kudu, Eland and Giraffe as well as close to 200 varieties of birds.
This accommodation in Beaufort West consists of seven chalets, a conference centre, a boma and acres of lawn surrounded by rocky crags and the Nuweveld Mountains. The chalets were designed and built by the game farm owner. Stylishly decorated, each chalet sleeps four with an en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and own private braai facility.
Each chalet has its own private parking area and is comprehensively furnished including air conditioners for summer and heaters for winter.
In the night, the sound of jackals creates an African ambiance and makes this place a nature lover's paradise. The seven A-frame chalets, built from stone, timber and thatch offer the ideal accommodation for a bush holiday.
Ko-Ka Tsara Bush Camp meaning "small bucks kloof" in khoi has 30000 acres in which the animals roam freely.This accommodation Beaufort West has to offer, has a variety of activities, such as day and night game drives in an open Land Rover with an informative guide or you can roam their 4x4 trails by yourself and there are hiking trails where you can cool off in one of the river pools.
At the campsite there is a swimming pool, a bar and boma where one can relax at night next to a great campfire, or just chill in the lounge.
Even though the campsite is self-catering there are braai packs and freshly prepared salads available at the camp. Catering for larger groups can be arranged.
This Beaufort West accommodation is the perfect bush getaway, where the only noise is the calls of the wild animals.
