Forest Creek Lodge & Spa rating

Forest Creek nestles in a gorge of the Steenkampsburg Mountains, set in a Private Nature reserve of the Mpumalanga escarpment.

On this magnificent piece of land we hope we have catered for everyone, from Luxury guest suites at the main lodge to a self-catering cottage. We have 3 different types of self-catering accommodations and 5 luxury lodge suites to choose from. There are hiking trails along the stream under the canopy of trees. Treat yourself to an hour or two of relaxation in our Forest Spa.

(A question often asked is Where are you? Our reply is, if one was in Dullstroom and "jumped off the mountain", you would land in our gorge.)

Reviews for Forest Creek Lodge & Spa

"Thank you"

Forest Creek Lodge & Spa reviewer rating

Dear Forrest Creek Lodge I would like to thank you for the wonderful service, and personalized attention Mr & Mrs Porter received from the staff at the lodge. Mr Porter mentioned he would have loved to have spent more time (at least ‘a couple of days’). They felt so welcome and special. Mrs Porter said ‘it’s the Garden of Eden’. So well done, and for international guests to comment so highly of an establishment in South Africa, makes me truly ‘Proud to be a South African’. Offering my assistance to Australian’s wanting to visit S.A., I will, with confidence, be sending them to Forrest Creek Lodge, Thank You! PS. What is it like in winter? (my anniversary is in July) Regards Nicola Urquhart
