ESTABLISHMENT OVERVIEW:Die Herehuis is luxurious as well as peaceful with the beautiful Nieuwveld Mountains in the background This Beaufort West accommodation is situated in the heart of the great Karoo, nestled between Cape Town and Johannesburg to make the perfect stop over during a long journey. The Guest House has a unique style which gives a romantic aura.
This accommodation in Beaufort West was once old horse stables now it has been converted into five luxurious en suite chalets and self-catering units each with own private entrance, and they are equipped with DSTV, air-conditioning, insect repellents, hair-dryer, complimentary soap, shampoo, shower gel, hand cream, tissues, 100% cotton bed linen, anti-allergenic duvets and pillows, bar fridge, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and electric blankets in a wonderful Victorian-style house that was built by a Mr Keiser from England in 1910.
Each chalet leads onto a private balcony and big garden where you can view the magnificent bright stars at night. There are three en suite, air-conditioned chalets with double or twin beds, Bar-fridge and braai facilities. There are two self-catering en suite, air-conditioned family units sleeping four, with fully equipped kitchen and braai facilities.
Breakfast and Dinner
On request a Continental or full English breakfast can be served which includes yogurt, cereals, fresh milk, tea and coffee. Eggs, bacon, mince, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast and cheese are also served. Dinner can be served on prior request. They also have braai- packs available for those who want to enjoy a good South African braai with great Karoo meat.
Die Herehuis Guesthouse is an accredited member of the Beaufort West Tourism Bureau. There is secure off-street parking behind locked gates, and they provide excellent service and warm hospitality. So stay in Beaufort West at Die Herehuis where wonderful memories are made.
